Will I know the information about a celebrity?

Celebrities will indicate the basic information about them along with their available dates, prices and their specialization through sub-categories. Hosts will need to review and compare during the order creation process. As a best practice go through and compare celebrities before picking them for your event.

How will I meet the celebrity?

It is not possible to meet celebrities in person as most of them are busy with schedules.However you can chat with their marketing assistant/personal assistant and get a first hand information of the program.

When will celebrity get paid ?

The host pays Yeap Projects Pvt.Ltd. when they place the order. We store the money for you securely and you will get paid once the event is completed or according to the terms and conditions accepted by both celebrity and host. The amount will be reflected under celebrity account page. If celebrity adds their bank account details, celebrity can withdraw any pending amount which will deposited into bank within 7-10 business days.

Can we book multiple celebrities for a single event?

Yes, you can but you need to create separate orders for each celebrity.

The host or celebrity is not answering the phone. How do I get in touch with them?

As per our guidelines, your host or celebrity should reply for your message within 24 hour and contact you at the earliest to co-ordinate event details. if you are not receiving replies after several attempts, please reach out to our support so that we can intervene on your behalf.

Can I trust the celebrity?

All celebrities and hosts are verified by the invite my celebrity platform. Our support staff will visit each of them personally and verify their credentials. This ensure that you can trust the community.

Why do you ask for my credit card details in advance?

This is for the protection of both host and your celebrity. Even though we ask for the payment details in advance, your will be charged only after your creation and acceptance of order from celebrity.

Celebrity and Invite Celebrity Guest co-ordinator will take the necessary call and be reimbursed according to the new event.

How can I get paid?

We can pay you into a nominated bank account that you setup in your Invite Celebrity Guest account.

Do you store my credit card details?

Invite Celebrity Guest partners with Stripe to offer a convenient payment method for a members. Invite Celebrity Guest does not store any credit card details, however after you enter payment details, it is directly transfered to Stripe. They use high encryption to keep your bank information private, safe and secure.

What payment method does your application accept?

We currently accept Master and Visa credit card along with Phonepee, Google pay and other UPI methods.
